    $175 per session
    Those who are able to pay more may do so. This supports fellow coachees’ reduced-cost sessions, ensuring access for all.

  • Baseline

    $150 per session
    This is the baseline hourly cost. It covers one-on-one meetings, coach prep time, delivery of follow-up materials, and off-cycle outreach.

  • Reduced

    $75 per session
    Good coaching shouldn’t be gate-kept. Need is self-reported and honored — no questions asked, no paperwork required.

Additionally, 3% of all profits are donated to Thresholds, a Chicago not-for-profit that supports healthcare, housing, and job placement for people with serious mental illnesses and substance use conditions in Illinois.
